!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Too funny!
This is why my husband would never allow plant based "butter" or anything else plants are being substituted for these days. Are we all just about as ridiculous as possible now?? YES, I believe we are.

" . . . done astutely, totalitarianism is hardly noticed.
The founder of this philosophy was that rascal, Abe Lincoln. As we have all heard in what has become almost a cliche, he said, “You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can’t fool all of the people all of the time.” He wisely did not add, “…but you can fool enough of the people enough of the time.” " - - - Fred Reed
Abe Lincoln was NOT the "hero" most people think of him as being. You have to dig a little to find out the information but in all honesty, he was a detriment to this country, far from being a hero.
Do some searching and you will, to you astonishment, find that this is true.
One writer who has tried to get the information out is Tom DiLorenzo, but there are others down through history who have tried, as well. People are hard to convince, however, but they didn't (in the beginning months) believe this 'corona virus crap' was going to be a takeover effort either, but that's exactly what it is. We are always the most vulnerable when we are the least aware . . .

"When societies lose their freedom, it is not ordinarily because autocrats or tyrants have forcibly taken it away. It is usually the result of the population willingly surrendering their freedom in return for protection against an external threat. While the threat is oftentimes real, it is invariably exaggerated."
I don't know where I got this quote, but it's a good one, especially right now with what's going on in the world.

I don't remember who wrote this, or maybe I never really knew who said it or wrote it. That's what happens when you have a stroke, the memory - - it goes.
But this would be good to remember in the current times especially.

Heard this on some old western program I was watching yesterday and thought it was appropriate - - especially for the current, and craziest, of times.
The promise of power can be terrible.
Simple words, BIG meaning. And you KNOW who's looking for power (in the world) don't you? We've referred to them as Reds for many years, centuries even. As a child I thought it referred to the color of their skin (and I'm not talking about redskins - like Indians of the past either) but red like blood. And, too, sometimes people called them yellow-skinned devils.
In my book, either of those referrals is correct.

" “The children who comprise this vaccine-injured generation are now aging out of schools that needed to build quiet rooms and autism wings, install wobble chairs, hire security guards and hike special ed spending to 25% to accommodate them. They are landing on the social safety net which they threaten to sink. … The good news for Big Pharma, of course, is that many of these vaccine-injured children have lifelong dependencies on unaffordable blockbuster drugs like insulin, Adderall, anti-psychotic drugs, Epi-Pens, asthma inhalers, and diabetes, arthritis, and anti-seizure meds made by the same companies that made the vaccines.” " – Robert F. Trump knows: If you're not using the media, they're using you. That's why he speaks out as candidly as he does, otherwise, of course, the journalistic apes would portray him as "too timid" or "not forceful enough" or one of their other dumb assumptions. ANYTHING as long as it's not the truth.

No wonder it's called Twitter.

I just looked at a couple of things online (through another site which had used twitter "ads") and the stuff they say on there is just disgusting and juvenile. I'm glad I never joined there or at fakebook's "screaming me me" diatribes.

This was taken from my church cookbook.
PRESERVED CHILDREN
1 lg field
half a dozen children
2 or 3 small dogs
a bunch of pebbles and a pinch of brook
Mix the children and dogs well together; put them on the field, stirring constantly. Pour the brook over the pebbles, sprinkle the field with wildflowers; spread over all a deep blue sky and bake in the sun. When brown, set away to cool in the bathtub.
