Looks like there's not a living soul with a functional brain these days.  When our gubmint is so broken itself, what can we expect from the regular idiots?

We were never allowed to be assigned 1 to a truck in my area.  Always had to have 2 or 3 on board at all times.  Times they are a changin' - - - and not for the better, as we can well see.
