It's ridiculous and it's very hard on most people, young and old alike.  It completely changes the way we take our medications, the way we sleep and rise, the rate of auto accidents is horrific after the time changes, especially the spring ahead change.  The fall behind change isn't quite as devasting so of course the demented current administration wants to go with the spring ahead version.  Christ on a crutch.

LET'S PROTEST IT, FORCEFULLY.  No burning buildings or anything like what THIS CURRENT ADMINISTRATION DOES ALL THE TIME (and then has reporters standing in front of burning buildings and saying things are "mostly peaceful").  People are REALLY  NOT THAT DUMB.  We do not believe everything we hear.

It's just about as dumb as promoting those Kardia mobile personal EKG devices.  Talk about scaring the hell out of yourself!!  An incorrect reading would most certainly put you into cardiac arrest.  Just don't download any of that crap and GO TO A DOCTOR if you think something is wrong.  Good God.
