Pirates are alive and well in the Gulf of Mexico, etc.
Southern border of the countries south of mexico, the entire Gulf area, all around the peninsula where Cabo is very vulnerable, and then as far into american waters as San Diego, but not often, I guess. Still, they ARE there, and they ARE still around. This is good reading.
This has been a problem for centuries, but during the obozo administration if became a far worse problem, and of course, nothing much was done about it at that time, imagine that!
