I guess when I heard that "Dodd-Frank" was going to be more or less *gutted* I thought the entire USA was involved.  Was I wrong?  According to this newsletter put out by Sen. Mike Rounds today, it sounds almost as if only SD is involved....or maybe each State has different parts of a broad-ranging bill???  He also makes it seem as though it's a done deal, but the President still has to sign this in order for it to go into effect, so maybe they're jumping up and down a little prematurely . . .

I'm confused!
