But it could easily turn into a disaster of "freefall" spending.  Those people can spend that money on anything they want, how will this gubner know?  Are they gonna try to keep track of every dollar, where it goes, where it's spent, etc?  Ha, doubtful.  Most regular people can't even balance a checkbook, so the gubmint thinks they should take over all of our finances, too.  I wish they'd just give it a rest.
