And to think the dimwit dems wanted him as house speaker.  McCarthy isn't a good choice either, but he's certainly a better choice than a dimwit who talks nuthin' but rubbish, repeats gossip as if it were proven truth, and says the most outlandish things ever.  But those dems, hell, they love the guy for all of his crazy ideas.  That figures, actually. 

My biggest concern with McCarthy is that he made far too many concessions in order to win the speakership.  That's not how it should have to be done.  But for the most part, some of the stuff the repubs asked for were actually improvements anyway, so it wasn't all bad.
