    Mayor Adams (NY) is broken

    The man is as dumb as a fence post, I don't give a damn what color he is or what color he represents.

    He doesn't seem to grasp the English language at all.  He recently used the word "unkept" when he clearly meant to say "unkempt" but I'm sure he doesn't even know there IS SUCH A WORD and he certainly doesn't know the meaning.  Someone needs to ask him what he meant by "unkept".......
