We need to find out whose MONEY these people are using......
If these people are "homeless" where are they getting the money to buy drugs??
And if they prefer to use drugs rather than find a decent place to live with what money they DO have, that's their choice to mingle on the streets with the dead bodies. No one is MAKING them do these things.
I do not feel sorry for these people. These are choices they've made, no one is holding a gun to their heads to make them use drugs.
