Personally, I don't particularly believe in the detoxing messages that seem to come with all of these articles (for the past decade!) but I think taking care of the lymph system is a good idea, regardless. I occasionally go in for a lymphatic massage (when I can get in because there's only 1 lady in town who does this and she's always busy) and I try to use my body brushing method at least 3-4 times per week before showering or bathing. I've been using the body brushing technique since 2003 and can say it sure is good for the skin, too!
