. . . it was a political stump speech.  He couldn't have done more for the Trump people if he'd tried!!  If this doesn't prove to people that biden is not capable of running things (which he doesn't, his handlers do) and they need to rein him in.  He's uncontrollable in front of a microphone - - just blurts out whatever comes into that empty head of his.  All he could do was brag about all of the "things he's done for America" (which are blatant lies, even his party know that except Don Lemon) and they are backing away from him in droves.
