This is what he recently said.  "There literally will be riots in the street. I worry about our country," Graham said.  Has the guy been living under a rock for the past 2 years?  I think he has.  He's nothing but a flip-flopper on almost every issue he speaks about.  How can we know what he's thinking when even HE doesn't know what he's thinking!
