I've been doing this for many years but to some people it's a new idea.  This is a good way to offset rising grocery prices, especially produce prices.  It's easy, fun, fast and relatively cheap to do (compared to store prices it's really cheap).

Give it a go using the stackable model.  You'll love the fresh taste, not to mention the healthfulness of the greens.  My kitchen window faces straight south, so for the last 2 or 3 days, I place 2 boards across my kitchen sinks and set the sprouters on top of those boards so they get the sunshine, which they only need the last couple of days.
