Amendment 10 - - what a great idea!
I just looked it up in my little pocker version of the constitution and it's amendments, AND the Bill of Rights. Good stuff in there. Many people should read it again, if they haven't studied it for a long time. You'd be surprised what's in there that applies to life RIGHT NOW.
