This is biden's baby.  HE created this mess and now he wants to foist the blame to almost anyone but himself.  That's because he's a grifter who has never had to take responsibility for anything REAL.

Russia is NOT to blame for the food shortage.  Biden's high gas prices are to blame.  Farmers cannot afford to plant much less harvest crops.  Although, most crops are nowhere near ready to be harvested yet in America's heartland. 

I wish ol' joe would just keep his mouth shut about things he doesn't understand and things he never will understand because he doesn't really care to understand.  WHY should he care?  It won't affect him and others like him, will it?  Hell no, they won't go hungry no matter what happens!
