That would be like a "school monitor"??  If I were a parent today and had the attitude of the person (make believe or not) in this article, I would feel exactly like the monitor or the caretaker. 

Tell me something - - who the hell gives birth, anyway?  I gave birth to 3 children and I'm here to tell you that no one, but no one, especially THE STATE, is taking control of those children's health. That, my friend, is absurd.  But we live in the most bizarre, absurd world I've ever seen.
