If it takes an act of CONgress to change any of the crap that's happening in the USA and the world at this moment, why isn't CONgress acting? 

Instead, they sit there like a bunch of friggin' mummies, doing nothing, or only acting on "bills and actions" which involve THEM getting money.  Sometimes it takes MONTHS to do anything with these bills, or they require passage of something that will never be dealt with on a timely basis. 

In other words, nothing is going to be done about anything that's going on right now within the biden administration.  So why do the CONgresscritters keep lying about how they're going to "do this" or "change that"??

It's lies, all lies.  They must think we're all as stupid as they are.
