Necessary zinc & the vegan diet

I could never be vegan, nor do I ever want to be.  After all, I was raised on prime, grass-fed and pastured Hereford beef from the time I started eating food.  My grampa raised them and then when my Dad bought the farm from grampa in the early 1960's I was even more active in helping with the cattle and the bull breeding operation.  I just could never be vegan or even vegetarian, no thank you.

Here's a good article about broccoli and zinc and making sure you get enough in your diet.
