Police should be JOINING the fight, not beating people with nightsticks and supporting wrongful gubmint edicts.  And now, after all the wrong they've done, the police want people to stop calling them for help?  Who the hell would call them in the first place??  They are on the wrong side of this fight.  I think a lot of people who haven't been paying attention really don't know it.  Sometimes when you read the "comment" sections of these articles, it tells you a lot.  People can be horrifically stupid.
