The people who SUPPOSEDLY represent us (in many capacities because there are ENDLESS "branches" to our current gubmint matrix) simply will NOT give a yes or no answer.  The truth is, they don't dare.  If they want their money/'paycheck' from our gubmint they must tow a certain line, and it's never been more obvious than in the past 2 years.

Here's one that is just laughable.  Rand Paul is trying to get this guy to simply say yes or no (to his simple question)
 but the guy is in full play-pen mode.  He knows he can't answer the direct question without some sort of retaliation from our gubmint goons.  It's VERY obvious.
