About that vitamin D3

New, updated info.  To me it's not new, but to many who know nothing about D3, this will be good reading for you, in order to learn some of the in's and out's.

I take 10,000 IU per day along with vitamin K2, and right now I also take zinc and quercetin.

I'm adding back to my regimine Serrapeptase and Selenium, too.  I don't like to take a lot of pills and vitamins daily, I don't really think that's a good idea, any more than depriving your body of those things.  So for a healthy balance, I usually take some one day and then some the next day.

Pills of any kind are a confusing issue.  One article will say "don't take pills with an enteric coating" and the next article will say "enteric coating is fine as long as no phalates are concerned, yada yada.  A person hardly knows what or who to believe these days.  Just do your OWN research and decide what you think is best for you and what is affordable for you.  Some of these vitamins can be MAJORLY expensive.  Check out all your options.
