These sound soooooo simple and yet so delicious. Baked in the oven, not deep fried so no worries about using oils or getting burned, etc.
The spices are the secret.
I usually buy organic chicken breasts from the health food store, and then slice them until they are about the right size. Sometimes I get some pretty funky looking "tenders" though! I have not yet used this recipe but the one I use is similar.
