How many times do people have to see the actual evidence of what a broken system looks like before they realize this just doesn't work?
I highly doubt that excessive flu patients are the problem here, but it does make for a good excuse for their failing system, doesn't it? They just don't seem to grasp the obvious any more than Americans do. THE FLU SHOT SPREADS THE FLU IT DOESN'T STOP THE FLU. You'd have to be an idiot to think anything else. Who in their right mind would get a toxic shot of any kind in the first place and most especially who in their right mind would get one that's already been proven by the numbers to be ineffective??? This is unbelievable.
And this whole mess is on the back of BIGPHRMA but they will never ever ever have to take the blame, will they - not since they've been absolved from any liability for ANY of their chemically concocted potions. And they think drinking herbal teas is a strange notion? Those teas and herbs have been around and helping people for centuries. All I've ever seen Rx drugs do is harm about 90% of the people who take them. A 10% margin isn't very good odds.
England needs to step back and look at their system and maybe do a redesign. Hey, that's exactly what America has to do, too.
QUOTE FROM ARTICLE:
"NHS officials in the United Kingdom claim their flu epidemic is so bad, they’ve had to cancel all non-urgent medical procedures. This will result in nearly 50,000 operations being canceled. This all being due to claims that patients are now being treated in “third world” conditions due to resources being overwhelmed with a flu crisis.
Flu shots have notably been considered a failure this year, with success rates only being confirmed at a maximum of 10 percent. The flu shot’s perceived ability to stop the flu could also be a contributing factor to the further spreading of the flu due to people taking less precautions, or adhering to fewer natural prevention methods such as diet and cleanliness. The country’s socialized medical system is under so much duress that sick people are facing horrific 12-hour waits. Some hospitals can’t even provide the space anymore.
NHS Medical Director, Sir Bruce Keogh, sent the order on Tuesday that cut off the 50k non-urgent operations. They’ve also closed outpatient clinics for up to a week. Male and female patients are also being combined in sectors commonly reserved for each gender to preserve privacy.
Even before the spike in flu cases, the UK’s socialized medical system was in disarray and near a breaking point."
What a mess.
