Actually, other than coconut oil, I avoid them all, including olive oil. Most oils smell rancid from the moment the bottle is opened. I think that must come from mixing these oils together and then selling them as one specific thing. And another thing - I don't think the terms "extra virgin" or "virgin" mean a thing. It's a marketing ploy. I look for words like refined and stuff like that if I must buy an oil for some reason. Don't need anything refined on my shelves, that's for darn sure.
