It's also proof that Biden doesn't have a clue what the hell he's doing.  He never plans to send this money to the people who need it, you can be sure of that.  The rich will get richer and the illegal immigrants will get money that was meant for the people who've paid taxes all these years.  Illegals have not paid a dime in taxes, nor will they because they are "exempt".
