According to some, it is.  We would NOT be in this position if the SCOTUS would do its job, but it has refused, using such lame excuses it makes one sick to think that 3 of these appointed judges were placed in their positions by Donald Trump.  Clearly they're not interested in reality, at least not based on what's happening in America right now. 

They are only interested in passing the buck - - and, it seems, in supporting the democrat party.
