The man is nothing more than a stooge.  He's on camera but someone else is doing the talking for him!  It's purely crazy.  He flip-flops from one stance to another, depending on what subject we happen to be discussing at the time.  How incredibly inept.  I think after 40+ years of sponging off the gubmint, the guy needs a permanent vacation.  If it were up to me, his vacation would be 6 feet underground in a prison cell along with all his crooked pals.
