Viral epidemic? No, a vitamin deficiency

Good reading.

About beriberi:

Yes, it could easily still be a vitamin deficiency even in 2020.  Our food supply has been so devoid of decent vitamins for a long time because of the farming methods used for the past 50 years, as well as the GMO'd foods, etc.  We don't live in that world anymore where food has quality.

This is a pretty good list, albeit they should shy away from any and all use of soy - because soy is part of the b1 deficiency problem, for heavens sake!

Polished vs unpolished rice.  We always use brown rice from our local health food store (buy in bulk).  My DH isn't a rice fan but he will eat brown rice without giving me too much trouble!  He hates white rice and I guess there's a good reason his body kinda sorta rejected it.

Re: Viral epidemic? No, a vitamin deficiency

I ordered some B1 and some Benfo, because of the symptomatology of conditions of mine separate from my husbands.  Nevertheless, we both use the B1 and the Benfotiamine.  Many people are unaware of the benefits of Benfo. This is the stuff we use.  Do some homework on this stuff if you doubt my word.

Solaray - Vitamin B1 100 mg. - 100 Capsules
