Polish potato / pickle soup
I know - - it sounds awful, but believe me it's tasty. And I'm not even Polish! I'm Swedish but we love our pickles, too, so this sounded really good. I would have to leave out the parsnip, however. I HATE THOSE THINGS. Ewwww. I don't think the recipe will suffer much without the damned thing!
