Buy as much of this as possible from an organic source. Most of these I love, except dates. I do like Medjool dates when I use them in my no cook fudge/brownie recipe which I've been making ever since I found it online several years ago. I'm pretty sure it's posted here in the recipe section - just do a search (by using the search option at the top of the page) and type in Brownies and see what comes up. I've found that by using only one key word, when searching, is more effective at this site. Imagine that!
I cannot have grapefruit (which is verboten while I'm taking a medication I've been using for 20+ years). I'm not big on pomegranets because they are very difficult to eat. They taste great but are not often available in my part of the country, but they are a real challenge to eat, IMPHO!
