Did you see that?  A LOGISTICAL NIGHTMARE !!!!  YAY~!  Who could ask for more than that.  Planned chaos is just exactly what most of us were hoping for anyway, right? 

They cannot make a shot mandatory - it's not even legal.  That information is VERY hard to find, however, because every single article (posted online) says something different.  You hafta really dig to find the dirt on it all.
