Same thing here, only this form was designed BEFORE Trump gave ORDERS to mandate the vaccine, a very stupid move on his part over which he lost many of his ardent political supporters. He should NEVER have agreed to any such thing.
Too late now, he already did it, so you'll have to take matters into your own hands.
