Icelandic Thunder Bread

This sounds quite interesting, although I don't have large tin cans on hand nor do I have a CLUE what kind of ramekins they'd be talking about.  My ramekins are very small, probably don't even hold 1/2 a cup, so I'd either have to find out exactly what kind they are using and where they bought them (and what they're made of, certainly can't use ceramic in a crock pot.

I think I'd try to opt for another way to do this, I just haven't given it enough thought to know what it would be yet.

Sounds very tasty, though.

AMISH MILK BREAD

https://www.thespruceeats.com/amish-milk-bread-recipe-428137

This is the kind of bread my gramma baked, but just one huge loaf and she baked it all afternoon in her wood-fired cook stove.  It was lovely stuff, especially in the summer with her homemade jellies, jams and preserves.  Food has never been the same since those days . . .
