Are you as perplexed as I am?

I'm perplexed about this phenomenon that it's somehow "safe" to eat from a take-out food joint, but it's not safe to have restaurants open to the public?  WHY WOULD TAKE-OUT FOOD BE ANY MORE SAFE???>??>??

It's NOT.

Just think about this:  the workers wear masks but they pull them down far enough so their noses are exposed because they simply cannot breathe with them on for a full 8 to 10 hour shift (and I certainly don't blame them).  And it's a totally ridiculous concept to think that a food worker (or any kind of worker, for that matter) wearing rubber gloves is NOT passing on any germs.  Wait, WHAT????  If germs can get onto our hands, why on earth would they NOT be able to live and multiply on a pair of rubber gloves???

The whole thing is just plain ludicrous.

More later.  I gotta run right now but I'll add to this commentary later, I hope.  I have so many gripes right now it's hard to separate them out!!!!!
