Of COURSE, they're leaders are the problem? Who, with a functioning brain, wouldn't have figured that out long ago????
The "leadership" (if you want to call it that) in NY is the worst in the nation because they think they're just soooo smart. What they are, in fact, is a bunch of behind the times jackasses. Those leaders caused these deaths almost willfully.
