Do the gubmint idiots who "mandate these authoritarian rules" even know that germs can live on rubber gloves just like they can live on surfaces of all kinds??? 

I think they don't understand it because they don't WANNA understand it and they certainly don't want YOU to understand it either.

People are not stupid, and when they run their own businesses they KNOW HOW to run those businesses safely or they wouldn't still be in business, correct?  But our gubmint in America thinks we're all as stupid as they are when they make up draconian rules for us to follow.  There's just no logic involved in their way of thinking and therein begins the problem.
