I had no idea there were so many, and some of them I really didn't "classify" as a sweet pepper, actually.  Learn something new everyday, even though I've been cooking for almosts 50 years.  More than that if you consider the stuff I threw together when learning from my Mom!!  She was the best.  Both of my gramma's were superb cooks as well, considering the times were hard when they were providing meals for their families.  We might just end up in that same place again if'n we ain't reeeeeeal careful.
