Can't say I'm surprised, since I've been "studying vaccines of all kinds" for years now.  They're ALL corrupted, if you ask me.  They are far from necessary, too.  They cause more harm and death than the diseases do.  Except that now our diseases have morphed into something unimaginable, even to sci-fi writers, because of the tainted vaccines given to people for 80 years now.  Plenty of time for them to change into something far different than what they were supposed to accomplish.  I have no clue what the initial accomplishment was, however, other than the love of money by the industry (all phases).
