No matter where you live, this fact cannot be denied

This story is true whether you reside in Canada or the USA.  Things have changed and not for the better, I'm afraid.  When we're discussing "schooling" these days, it really has nothing at all to do with education, and the students certainly don't care if they're "learning anything" or not.  In fact, I think they're more stupid when they graduate than they were as first graders these days.
