What about that stevia?

First we hear it's good for you, then we hear it's bad for you.  Arrrrrgh.

I have been using it since early 2000 when I first started on the Fat Flush Program designed by Ann Louise Gittleman.

I have used Sweetleaf stevia (I actually prefer the kind with inulin even though they are careful how to recommend it) and I also love love love the green powder from Frontier Foods.

This list will tell you about all the different kinds, but I try to avoid the liquids because I simply don't like the stronger taste and with liquid it's harder to control how much you use vs. the powder, which I find much easier.

It takes some getting used to but now my whole family uses it - for everything, most of the time.
