This is a real time-saver for me, because when I cook a lot (mostly only during the winter months) I use a few hunks of mixed bell peppers in a lot of the dishes I make.  There are a couple of other good sites out there, but I like these, although they're rather expensive.  I usually buy two of the 7 oz version.  Much more affordable and a whole pound of dried peppers is A LOT, take my word for it.

Give these a try and save yourself some time in the kitchen!  I used to chop and freeze my own, but I just can't stand at the kitchen counter for those LONG periods of time anymore - - my back just won't take it.
