The reason a lot of people have trouble with their bones is because we've, sadly, gotten away from using real, fresh, raw milk. We try to get milk from the health food store now that we can no longer have access to raw milk, but it's not nearly the same thing, although better by far than the store-bought ultra-pasteurized crap they try to pass off as "milk". It's no such thing.
I use D3 and K2 (the very kind he talks about) but I don't use calcium other than what I get from good foods and the milk we DO use. Seems to be sufficient because I have absolutely no bone problems, hip problems or anything else like it.
