    Was she drunk?

    I truly don't think she sounds "drunk" but it (the slurred words) could certainly be attributed to her medications.  But her message (starting at about 9 1/2 minutes (at least on my computer) is pure lies regarding her "opinion" of Pres. Trump.  She is such a douchbag.
