Wow.

And this was written almost 20 years ago.  It was quoted in a recent article from Jon Rappoport but I'm going to post the original article by Marsa (in the LA Times) here so you can see how far we haven't come in 20 years.  We're going backwards, how hard can that be for people to see?

Don't expect the FDA to do anything positive, so if positive things are going to happen, they're going to have to come from we the people.
