This is a puzzler.  The recipe and the description call for no kneading, but the video shows the lady kneading the bread.  So I wonder which is correct?

I have other recipes for no knead bread but I've never made it because I don't have the right "pot" to bake it in and they're really expensive.  But my daughter got me one for Christmas so now I can try it!  At least I can try it if I can find a recipe that's consistent in its instructions.  Hmmmm . . .
