I'm not really a fan of smoothies, although I do like them once in a while. But for those of you who like them daily, this would sure be a fast way to have everything ready to go in the morning. I must confess, however, that homemade yogurt doesn't freeze very well, but it does keep a long time in the fridge, so I'll just stick with using frozen fruit, homemade already thawed yogurt (!) and raw milk. If you're not using raw milk in these, you're probably defeating the purpose of a smoothie, IMPHHO.
