Like hell you can't. Didja catch the latest tv ad for Longhorn steak house? Anyone ever HAD a steak from Longhorn Steakhouse? There is absolutely no way some "chef" (probably a high schooler) could possibly cook a steak and get it THAT tender (and perfect) each and every time. No sir. That *steak* - and other meat like it from other eating places and supermarkts - is just a bunch of glued together meat, and I've been saying that for years. Between meat glue and pink slime, I'm off grocery store & "phast phood type meats" forever and ever, amen.
