I've talked about salted water before and about how to make sole (pronounced so-lay) and all that stuff, but this is just much much easier and has the added benefit (if you choose) of vitamin C. Lots of good information here, especially if you drink a lot of water (like I do) and if you find yourself worn out before the day is half over (like I used to be!).
