This is what happened to me, just recently.  Had to go to my bank and get a new debit card because luckily they blocked mine.  We were trying to buy some gas yesterday and my card kept being denied, so we went to the bank and had to get a new card and they destroyed the old one.  The ladies who worked there had no idea what this Pro-JustAnswer.com was, but they knew it was a scam, which it certainly was.  Got my new card, went to get my new mattress and box spring and bed frame so I'm not longer having to sleep on the floor, and the new card worked fine.

It's a democrap based company, imagine that.  

Also, I have Lifelock but I don't t hink they were one bit of help in this fiasco.  WHAT GOOD ARE THEY???  I get charged every month from them but they did NOT find this little bump in the road for me.  USELESS.
