Peach Pie
I just amended this recipe to leave out the damn oatmeal (I HATE when they use that). It worked out fine, I just increased the flour and cornstarch and added a bit more spice.

Here is a MUCH better recipe. It's called a coffee cake but it is so much like my original pie recipe I decided to put it here because it's very easy to make and soooo tasty. It's one of the few recipes I've ever found that DOESN'T use oatmeal - yuk!
Give it a try.
You can make it into bread, too, just add a bit more flour.
